THE HUGE POLE
8 inches of all-natural Polish-recipe sausage. Large chunks of prime pork are added to the minced pork, then seasoned with our special mix of spices before being stuffed into a hog casings and smoked. The ends are then hand-cut.

Our extra large gourmet frankfurter is a real mouthful. Made from proper pork, specially seasoned then stuffed in a natural casing and smoked over oak wood. We think it's the best tasting frank this side of the pond.

Like his dad, Frank Jr is an a delicately seasoned, quality pork, hot smoked Frankfurter, he's just a bit smaller. But don't mention it, or he'll get a complex.
